By visiting the SUZANNE DUNN JEWELRY website (“Site”), www.suzannedunn.com (“SUZANNE DUNN"), you are accepting and consenting to be bound by the Terms of Use provided herein, as well as the Privacy Policy.  

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS OF USE, OR ANY POSTED GUIDELINES OR RULES, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE. We reserve the right, in our discretion, to update or modify the Terms of Use at any time by posting such new terms on the site. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting with the date of the most recent revisions appearing at the bottom of this page, so check back often. We encourage you to review these Terms of Use whenever you use the Site. Your continued use of the Site and/or Services will constitute your binding acceptance of this Agreement, as amended from time to time.


Payment Methods

Suzanne Dunn Jewelry accepts all major credit cards and PayPal. We take your privacy seriously. We are committed to protecting your online shopping experience. Please see our privacy policy here.


Sales Taxes

Sales tax will be automatically applied to your order based on applicable state and local sales tax laws and shipping destination. The terms contained herein are subject to change as taxation regulations evolve. We monitor state and local tax laws to ensure compliance. Customers shall be responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding payment of all use taxes, duties and other taxes and the declaration of goods in their respective state or country of residence. Your purchase may be subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. For any purchase that does not collect sales tax, your state may require you to report such purchase and remit tax on a sales, use or individual income tax return. Forms and corresponding instructions may be found on your state website.


Placing An Order

When you add an item to your shopping bag, you may either continue shopping or proceed to the checkout. Checkout involves 4 simple steps: Billing, Shipping, Payment and Order Confirmation.

Once we have received your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation but rather recognition that we have received your requested order.

Please note that this does not guarantee the availability of the merchandise and that ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Although we make every effort to feature in stock pieces, occasionally we may sell out of featured items. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 1 business day and will not be charged for orders that cannot be fulfilled.

ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO MODIFY OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER. We reserve the right to decline your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, there are shipping restrictions for a particular item, or we do not have the item in stock.

Items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other clients. 


Processing Times

As all of our pieces are handmade to order, please allow 3 weeks processing time prior to shipment of your order. Certain customized orders may take longer.


Shipping (Domestic)

Enjoy complimentary shipping and returns on all orders.

Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, SUZANNE DUNN does not ship orders to post office boxes. Suzanne Dunn is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.

Within the US and Canada, we offer:

  • Complimentary Ground shipping via Federal Express for shipments valued under $500. 
  • Complimentary 2-day shipping via Federal Express for shipments valued $500 and above but under $10,000. 
  • Complimentary Overnight shipping via Federal Express for shipments valued $10,000 and above.


An ADULT signature will be required upon the delivery of all shipments.


Shipping (International)

Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally.


More Information on Complimentary Shipping:

• Free shipping promotion excludes SUZANNE DUNN for Business accounts.

• Sales tax and engraving fees do not count towards the final amount.


Shipping Insurance

All of our shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. All shipments require signature upon delivery. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable. Each SUZANNE DUNN piece goes through inspection for quality control before sending. We encourage you to inspect your package immediately upon receipt. Should you receive an item you believe to be damaged, please contact us at clientservices@suzannedunn.com.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as we ship your order. Any questions or concerns, please contact clientservices@suzannedunn.com.


Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will do everything possible to help track your package.  However, once proof of delivery is generated, we cannot be held responsible. We require an adult signature for all items.


Returns and Refund Policy

SUZANNE DUNN offers complimentary shipping for any item that you would like to return**.

While we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your finished jewelry purchase, you may return any unworn, undamaged item (in saleable condition) within 30 days for a full refund, exchange or credit. After 30 days, all sales are final. All sales are also final for customized engraving and sizing. We therefore recommend that you confirm appropriate sizing for rings or any wording for engraving prior to placing your online order.

Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit.

As all our bespoke design pieces are handmade to order, all sales are final. However, if an item shipped to you is defective or damaged, you must return the item within 5 days after receipt. We will make necessary repairs to the item and return it to you. To return, please contact clientservices@suzannedunn.com or call us at +1-646-448-8428 to request a Return Authorized label and a complimentary FedEx Return label. Once received, clearly place this RA label and FedEx Return label on the outside of your return package. 


Lifetime Warranty

SUZANNE DUNN warranties its products against defect in material and workmanship in normal use and serviced for the period you own it. Adjustment or alteration of product by someone other than SUZANNE DUNN will void SUZANNE DUNN'S product warranty.
